Refunds & Replacements Policy
Due to the fast-paced nature of our business, the surprise-based sales model, and rapid product turnover, Ryze does not offer refunds for any reason.
If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of receipt, it qualifies under our manufacturer’s warranty.
Because all reveals are final and inventory changes quickly, we are unable to offer replacements of the exact item revealed.
All approved warranty replacements will be issued as a surprise item within the same product category, for example:
- Core Line Necklace defect → Core Line Necklace Surprise
- By Design Layers Necklace defect → By Design Layers Necklace Surprise
All replacement items will be:
- New, boxed, and sealed
- Clearly marked with a “Not For Sale” sticker to prevent resale
While replacement items may not be sold, consultants may use them for giveaways or trade options at their discretion. These replacements are designed to maintain the fun, surprise-at-home experience while ensuring fairness and consistency across the brand.
Shipping:
Ryze ships to all 50 States and U.S. Territories exclusively. Ryze ships all orders through USPS. Orders fulfilled through our independent consultants are shipped out within 3 business days of the order being completed. All orders shipped directly from the corporate warehouse are shipped by the next 3 business days. Any pieces that require customization are shipped out within 7 business days after Ryze receives all required item(s) to complete the order.
