Order Changes: 

Unfortunately, due to our fast fulfillment times, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. If you put an invalid mailing address, your order will ship to that address or be returned to the warehouse. A new shipment will have to be generated and an additional ship charge will apply.

Refunds: 

Due to the fast-paced nature of our business model, we cannot refund or make changes to an order.  If an item is damaged due to manufacturer defect, a replacement of equal or greater value will be mailed out or you will be offered a new drop with your consultant if the item was revealed by a Ryze Independent Consultant.  To receive a replacement, an email with photos of the defective item will need to be sent to [email protected]

Replacements: 

Any concerns with orders received must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your package. For a replacement due to manufacturer defect, please submit a claim within 14 days of delivery confirmation date verified by USPS. We will then allow you a re-drop with your original consultant as a replacement to send you a replacement of equal or greater value. 

Due to the manner of our business and our quick turn-around times, RYZE, LLC does not allow order cancellations or refunds. For a replacement or exchange for a defective item, we will offer you a new drop with the original consultant or a product credit to be used on the site.

Upon departure from Ryze whether voluntarily or involuntarily, consultants are required to return all unused product in resalable condition to receive a refund of their $100 deposit.
