Order Changes:

Unfortunately, due to our fast fulfillment times, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. If you put an invalid mailing address, your order will ship to that address or be returned to the warehouse. A new shipment will have to be generated and an additional shipping charge may apply.

Refunds:

Due to the fast-paced nature of our business model, we cannot refund or make changes to an order once it’s been placed. If an item is damaged due to a manufacturer defect, an exact replacement or an item of equal or greater value will be mailed out to you. To receive a replacement, an email with clear photos of the defective item will need to be sent to [email protected]. To receive a replacement, you must report any manufacturer defects within 30 days of the tracking number provided by Ryze showing the item was delivered.

Replacements:

For a replacement due to manufacturer defect, please submit a claim within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date verified by USPS. We will then mail out an item within the same category.

For example:

If you received a ring from our Power Play category — Bold, confident pieces that make a statement — your replacement will also come from that same Power Play category. That means you’ll still receive a product with the same vibe, same value, and same show-stopping energy.

Shipping:

Ryze ships to all 50 States and U.S. Territories exclusively. Ryze ships all orders through USPS. Orders fulfilled through our independent consultants are shipped out within 3 business days of the order being completed. All orders shipped directly from the corporate warehouse are shipped by the next 3 business days. Any pieces that require customization are shipped out within 7 business days after Ryze receives all required item(s) to complete the order.
